His potential record for losses?

Anyone still able to contact him? He hasn't timed out yet even though he hasn't really been around for a long time.

Sorry for the inactivity guys. I'm going to set some time aside to make sure I'm taking care of the roster. I made some adjustments last season toward the end and was able to get the ship moving a bit better.

Going 0 for 3 with 3 strikeouts in a 0-4 loss to St. Croix, Jack Hohman's hit steak ends at 31 games (39 games if you count the end of last season). Time to start another and see if he can top it, eh?

David Gomez becomes the 5th player in league history to steal 1,000 bases.

At 27 years old, he sits 409 SB's behind all time great William Leon for the record.

You better keep him at leadoff or #2 with your SB tendencies on 10!

He's never batted lower than 2 and my settings won't change until he has it ;)

I really benefited from having three other guys with speed as well. It hasn't made being in full blast steal mode as much of a burden.

We need to talk about Anthony Clary.

He went 7-23 and 3-25 for Peoria in 15 and 16. He compiled a collective ERA of about 7.50. For good measure, he had never finished a season with an ERA under 4.50.

He made the All Star team for Windy City this year with an ERA of 3.27.

Saskatchewan came very, very close to breaking an offensive record....though not one we should be proud of. Our 1,399 strikeouts were just 12 short of the record set in 2101 by Hells. We did get 2nd place, though.

The Eh-thetics offense backed rookie Adan Cedillo's 2nd shutout in a big way: W-16-0.

The game featured HRs by 7 different Eh hitters, everyone scored at least once, everyone had at least 1 hit (8/9 had 2+ hits) and all but 1 player collected an RBI.

Just weeks after Carlos Danger spoiled Anthony Buffington's no-hit bid with a single after 26 outs, rookie Shannon Nieves pitched the second no-hitter in Crimsons history against division rival Bayside.

(First no-hitter was pitched by Dontae Maxwell, back in 2082.)

Charles Hickey becomes the 4th Chiefs player to record over 4,000 hits. He joins Gregory Luke, Truman Hicks & Vincent Zepeda. All 4 have spent their entire careers with the Chiefs.

Hickey's teammate Lockwood hung up his cleats one season too early or he would have passed the mark as well. It would have been nice to see a 2nd pair make it, Hicks & Zepeda played together.

Aces first baseman Charlie Evans tied a 121 year old franchise record with 224 hits last season, tying Daniel Newby's mark from 1996, my first full season of CSFBL ownership. He is on pace for 229 hits this season.

Michael Smith has just became the 4th member of the 400 win club after a 6-5 win over Montricago City Cannons. He has a few more starts this year with a chance to tie or move into 3rd all time in wins.
